The Titanium Implant Scalers and Curettes are A. Titan’s newest advancement in implant maintenance instrumentation.  Made from 6AL-4V titanium alloy, the same material as Implants/Abutments, the use of these Implant Scalers eliminates damage during cleaning. Available for sale individually or in a kit the instruments have sterilizable titanium tips, color coded handles for easy detection, and are heat treated and fully autoclaveable.

Bicon: Short Implants

One of the cornerstones of the simplicity of the Bicon Design is the innovation of short implants. When the Bicon system was first introduced in 1985, its 8.0mm-length implants were considered quite short –most other implants were at least 12-14mm and sometimes 18-20mm long!
